Fit4Mom is NOT just a stroll through the park. It is a tough, full body workout while having fun and spending time with your little ones! It is designed for all fitness levels and with motherhood in mind. Along with physical strength you gain strength in numbers with a community of other moms there to build you up and encourage you, whether it is another set of squats or a teething toddler. Fit4Mom gives you the strength for motherhood!
Stroller Strides is a stroller-based fitness program designed for pregnant moms and moms with little ones. Each 60 minute, total body workout incorporates cardio, strength, toning, songs and activities. It is fitness for mom and fun for baby!!
