What do I do if my baby gets fussy during class?

You do you, mama! Take care of that baby and catch up as soon as you can. The instructors will do their best to make things fun for you and Jr., but you are always welcome to tend to your kids as needed. Trust me, we've all been there.

Whether you are preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you! Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a 5K or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training.
