What do I need for class?

Our classes are all BYOK (bring your own kid), but I'm sure some moms would be happy for you to borrow theirs as well. Wear comfortable athletic shoes, a towel or a mat for ground exercises, and plenty of water. Hat or sunblock are recommended for outdoor classes. Bring a stroller that won't tip over, you feel comfortable walking/jogging with, and that you can buckle.

Whether you are preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you! Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a 5K or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training.
